The Holland-Hope College Sustainability Institute (HHCSI) created a weekly column in the local Holland Sentinel Newspaper. The weekly series is titled "Living Sustainably" and is a collection of community voices sharing updates about local sustainability initiatives and research. It is presented by the HHCSI, a joint project of Hope College, the City of Holland, and Holland Board of Public Works. These articles are then also posted on blog which is featured on the Hope College Intranet website.
Our Hope Advocates for Sustainability Presidents also create a monthly newsletter that goes out to campus subscribers.

In our LEED certified buildings we have educational signage placed throughout rooms/hallways highlighting sustainability features of the facility.
We are currently undergoing a renovation of our outdoor way-finding signage and highlighting sustainability features is an item on the list.

Moreover, one of the most valuable assets in encouraging this relationship are trees. This brochure outlines 22 different trees and their respective locations on campus. Using this guide, you can immerse yourself in knowledge and appreciation for several of the hundreds of tree species present at Hope College."
