A brief description of the IPM plan(s) :

Pests are monitored using degree day summaries and then measured for impact threshold. Only areas that are affected and are found to be at impact threshold or soon to be, are treated. The first treatment options considered are mechanical and cultural, then organic treatment options are considered before more harsh pesticides are used. Weather patterns and history are monitored to determine their effect on pest threshold populations. Healthy plants are our main defense against pests and disease; to this end we work to minimize the need for treatments.
