A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
Hope College Dining Services is dedicated to providing the best possible dining experience, while also making sustainable choices in the purchasing of their food and beverage products. Hope works with Gordon Food Services to obtain a list of all local manufacturers and growers, and from that list determines where to purchase products. Hope also contracts directly with some local growers, such as for apples, bread products, and dairy products.
