A brief description of how the institution engages in public policy advocacy for sustainability, including the issues, bills, and ordinances for or against which the institution has advocated:
Graduate School of Environmental Science, Hokkaido Environmental Community Network, Hokkaido Environmental Foundation and EPO Hokkaido will publish a private "White Paper of Hokkaido Prefecture". This "White Paper" contains pioneering and practical activities in Hokkaido in these 20 years and each key person's perspectives.
One emeritus professor of our university worked as an advisor of Sapporo City redevelopment committee. He suggested to bring over the historical building to be reassembled and to be utilized as a community interaction space.
