Social interaction:
Hokkaido University Professor Visit, in which teaching staffs visit local highschools and give a special lecture to students;
Science Partnership Project granted by JST selects some projects of faculties which is engaged in co-curricular science program;
Science Cafe organized by CoStep (Communicatin and Science and Technology and Education and Research Program);
public colloquium organized by Hokkaido University Museum;
Hokudai Marche, etc.
Several faculties of our university also has official agreements with those organizations below:
Graduate school of public policy and Hokkaido Prefecture, Kimobetsu Town, Abashiri City, and Memuro Town Council;
Graduate School of Environmental Science and Hokkaido Environmental Community Network, Sapporo Eco Plaza, Hokkaido Environmental Foundation, EPO Hokkaido, and Alpha Resort Tomamu;
Student's Rakugo Club (group of comic story tellers)and Sapporo City.
