Description from Campus Master Plan 2006:
Transportation line for bicycles should be separated from pedestrians' lines.
Bicycles' line should be along with cars' ones. The congestion of bicycles and cars are a serious problem in our campus. We should plan to provide more spacious parking lots for bikes, removing abandoned bikes, and charging on bicycle users instead.
