A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
Food and beverage purchasing in our university is mostly controlled by University COOP. 10% of expenditures is for rice, which is the only one thing supplied only from Hokkaido Prefecture. Please note that the distance is not necessarily less than 250 miles.
