The Office of Diversity and Inclusion fosters dignity and respect ensuring that all members of the community have an equal opportunity to thrive. The office works in a number of different areas, which include: education, advocacy, and policy change. The office has offered student workshops on issues of diversity and inclusion; campus wide opportunities for engagement, and has worked to establish the first strategic diversity plan which serves as a roadmap for the Colleges.

The Colleges offer a range of trainings for student, staff, and faculty. Most recently the following trainings have been made available:
- Student Development and Identities: Implications for Teaching and Learning
- Creating Inclusive Spaces for Learning: Exploring Equity Practices for Engaging All Students

The office of diversity and inclusion has also offered trainings for RAs, and the incoming first year class for the past three years which has allowed us to reach the majority of the students with some training on cultural diversity.
