The college completes an Annual Equity Plan with individual targets for underrepresented groups by race/ethnicity and gender, for Executive/Managerial staff, full-time instructional staff and students. Below is a sample of three goals (one for each group).
1. HCC will maintain the percentage of Black, female executive/managerial employees at 11% for fall 2022.
2. HCC will maintain the percentage of Black, female full-time instructional employees at 8% for fall 2022.
3. HCC will increase the overall enrollments of Black students to 18% of the student population during the 2021-22 year.
