The annual salaries of full-time employees of the college were pulled from the 2023 Annual Personnel Report. This report is used to report data to the IPEDS Human Resources Collection, and includes any active employee who has been paid during the October 1, 2022 pay period. The lowest paid employees at HCC receive $31,198 annually and the highest paid individual is the College President, paid $342,926 annually. Thus the College President exceeds the lowest paid employees by a factor of 10.99.
