A brief description of the methodology used to complete the course inventory :
All undergraduate courses active during the 2021-22 catalog year were evaluated. The course syllabi including the intended learning outcomes was obtained for each course. A team of evaluators were trained on performing the rating of courses. Each evaluator would analyze a group of courses to see if they met one or more of the United Nation's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Once all courses were rated by at least one rater, the Institutional Research Department analyzed the college-wide data. If a course intended outcomes reflected at least one of the UN's SDGs, then the course was labeled as "sustainability inclusive". If a course intended outcomes reflected nine or more of the UN's SDGs then the course was labeled "sustainability focused". For the final analyses, any course that was independent study, applied art/music, physical education, clinical or practicums was excluded from the final tally per the Credit Info for this standard. Because of this, the total number of academic departments reflected in this standard may not match the total for the college as documented in PRE5.
How were courses with multiple offerings or sections counted for the figures reported above?:
Each course was counted as a single course regardless of the number of offerings or sections
A brief description of how courses with multiple offerings or sections were counted:
Each course was counted once, regardless of how many sections were offered.
