As a part of the continuous improvement of HCT, the Office of Institutional Research conducts relevant system-wide surveys in regular time intervals. Feedback is collected from both, internal and external stakeholders including students, staff (academic and non-academic, and contractors). All data are maintained, duly analyzed, and reported accurately, in order to facilitate strategic planning, policy development, and relevant decision-making in the HCT environment.
The Survey Review Committee regularly reviews the system-wide surveys and updates the survey questionnaires if required.
Office of Institutional Research administers all system-wide surveys utilizing the Enterprise Feedback Management software.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Each department will generate an action plan to increase the satisfaction level and accordingly the next year will check the evaluation of people.
The survey is sent to all interested parties, below are the response rate of staff (academic and non-academic) satisfaction with services including facilities, HR, and health, and safety for each year:
