The Happiness and Positivity Council was formed to introduce and oversee Happiness Initiatives across the HCT system, which will take place in all or selected campuses, depending on their capabilities and the nature of each Initiative. • Conduct system-wide happiness surveys to reflect the progress and achievements of the happiness program and monitor the overall morale of the staff and students.
• Introduce Happiness Awards (individual level, department level, campus level, and idea/initiative level).
• Form Happiness and Positivity Circles at the campus level.
• Develop HCT Happiness Strategy and Initiatives and oversee their implementation.
