The ATAA’ Employee Volunteering System was announced and launched on Wednesday, August 26th, 2020. It was developed internally via an in-house Oracle-based application development that functions as a system that captures volunteering activities done by HCT staff of both the Administrative & Academic cadres. Employee Volunteering is also one of the eligibility criteria for the awarding of ratings 4 & 5 at HCT’s Performance Management System (PMS).

Student count and volunteering hours were taken for 2021.

HCT's student volunteering program is compulsory for all students to graduate and they can take it throughout their study years.

Diploma students need to complete 50 volunteering hours.
Bachelor's students need to complete 100 volunteering hours.
