The ATAA’ Employee Volunteering System was announced and launched on Wednesday, August 26th, 2020. It was developed internally via an in-house Oracle-based application development that functions as a system that captures volunteering activities done by HCT staff of both the Administrative & Academic cadres. Employee Volunteering is also one of the eligibility criteria for the awarding of ratings 4 & 5 at HCT’s Performance Management System (PMS).

HCT's student volunteering program is compulsory for all students to graduate and they can take it throughout their study years.
