Students in the Environmental Science courses utilize the energy efficiency strategies located throughout the campus.

As stated above, several energy efficiency strategies have been incorporated into the campus and various courses utilize these assets. IN addition, the Solar Photovoltaic Program's wind and solar arrays are active learning stations for a variety of courses including Solar Photovoltaics, Electrical Maintenance and Environmental Science. Students in the Electrical Maintenance Program did an inventory and analysis of lighting in building D and this led to the installation of occupancy sensors in classrooms in that building.
