HEC Montréal is a French-language university institution offering internationally renowned management education and research. The School has been training future managers who contribute to our society’s growth and prosperity, since 1907.
HEC Montréal is a specialized school that offers a wide array of programs, micro-programs and professional oriented classes and training. With more than 13 000 students, including 3175 students following a graduate program (A2016), HEC Montréal is renowned as one of the most advanced management schools in the world. Thirty-three percent of HEC students come from 140 foreign countries, confirming its leadership and international reputation.
Through its 272 professors, 135 programs and 11 departments, HEC Montréal covers all aspects of modern management education and research. Strong of its 86 400 alumni since 1907, the HEC network makes it an exceptional school to pursue management study and research.
Today, HEC Montréal occupies six buildings located in Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal. Main research and teaching activities occur in the Decelles and Côte-Sainte-Catherine building, while two smaller buildings are occupied by daycares, one is used as a student residence and one is occupied by Tech-3-Lab, an affiliate user experience (UX) research laboratory.
