Every work-related injury or ill health has to be reported to the Human Ressources. Reports are confidential and managed by a Health and Wellbeing specialist. HEC Montréal is committed to support its employees when they hurt themselves or are sick or suffer from illness, and will support them financially through a comprehensive short- and long-term compensation system.
