A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):

HEC Montréal is committed to offer a safe and welcoming environment to its community, particularly during the COVID-19 period where stress and anxiety are running high.
Students benefit from a wide range of services offered by the SAE (student services office), such as access to a psychologist, free health care services, wellbeing workshop, etc. during Covid-19 confinement period, students cannot request service or support onsite, and have to make appointment or request services online. To help them, a new web page, called the Success padlet, has been put online to quickly find and access all support resources offered to them in a single place (https://padlet.com/saesoutienreussite/15m5z80nby5ltqjn).
Similar services are offered to all employees, but are offered and managed by the HR. More over, employees, academic and non-academic alike, have access to the Programme d’aide aux employees (Employee help program), a program manage by a third party that ensure employees’ needs and request stays anonymous.
Finally, HEC Montréal nurture its “family culture,” where people can meet and interact without regards to their ranks, roles or department. This culture is visible through a wide range of activities and programs, including
