Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes
Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100
A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
A satisfaction survey has been conducted with our regular employees in April and June 2020. The objective of this survey was to collect feedback in order to improve engagement and wellbeing at work in the challenging COVID context. This 35 questions survey covered three main topics : support from employers and managers, wellbeing at work and perception regarding onsite return when it will be possible. A third measure is planned early in 2021 to make a follow-up and measure the impacts of the action plan. At all times, employees answers remained anonymous.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Specific results of the survey were provided for each direction and group of employees. Each direction and manager was invited to share the results with their teams using a presentation template. Each team has to pick most valuable actions to put in place for their specific needs. On an organizational level, an action plan was delivered including initiatives such as monthly meetings for managers, regular follow-ups from the Human Resources Director to managers and employees, resources and Q&A for employees, working from home guidelines, etc.
