“Diversité et inclusion : meilleures pratiques » (Diversity and Inclusion : Best practices) – this course was designed to help managers and leaders to adapt their business and practices in a diverse society and to strengthen their business culture.
“Gestion de la diversité ethnoculturelle » (Managing ethnocultural diversity) – this short online course is helping managers to adapt their practice to a diverse workforce, avoid conflict and create value added from diversified teams.
“Gérer et décider dans le secteur de l’énergie” – This course has been created to help managers and decision makers to address and incorporate the national energy strategy (Québec’s Politique énergétique 2030). This strategy has an important impact on business to address national energy consumption and GHG reduction to address global warming. By offering this course, HEC want to prepare and develop awareness regarding direct impact on businesses of global warming national strategy is developing their capacity to create durable value and prepare their company for the future.
