For staff and faculty, HEC offers a full broad of service through its PAE (programme d'aide aux employés – Employ Assistance Program), supported by its service provider, Groupe Renaud. The SAE (Services aux étudiants – Student service office) also provide similar services to students.

HEC Montréal also has a physical wellness program including office space ergonomic assessment and physical activities program in collaboration with the CEPSUM. Students, staff and faculty also have access to the Université de Montréal’s medical clinic, a medical consultation service reserved to the Université de Montréal community (including HEC and École Polytechnique). There are also corporate agreement with gym such as Nautilus and Energy cardio. HEC organizes an annual flu shot clinic. Information related to employee wellness program are organized in the school intranet (not publicly available).
