A brief description of the facilities for bicycle commuters:
At CSC building, indoor bicycle parking spaces are available next to the parking entrance, making it safe and secure. At decelles building, bicyle support are available under the canopy for communters. Shower rooms are available. Bixi stations (bicycle share system) are also located next of both buildings for those who use this system.

There are numerous bicycles rack on the campus, plus an indoor bicycles parking at the CSC building with security monitoring.

Bixi stations (bicycle share system) are also located next of both buildings for those who use this system. HEC has a corporate partnership with BIXI, and its members receive a rebate of 20% when subscribing or renewing subscription.

HEC students benefit from reduced fees when using the Société de Transport de Montreal's public transit system (STM). Students must study full-time and obtain their OPUS card at the STM’s photo studio or during the STM photo tour on campus at the beginning of each term (exact dates are online)

A brief description of the carpool/vanpool program:
Due to its location in a dense urban area and high cost of parking, users (faculty, staff and students) are strongly encourage to use public transportation rather than car. Nevertheless, HEC participate to Carpooling UdeM (reserved for employees and students of the Université de Montréal, HEC Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal and the CHUM). Moreover, car users are invited to use Covoiturage AMT or Netlift to plan carpooling and find or offer carpooling places.

A car rental program is offered at the CSC building with Globe; HEC members can rent a car directly on site, using the rental booth, and get immediate access to the car in the underground parking lot. Globe rental car can be brought back to the parking at no cost. Also, HEC directly encourage its users to use the Communauto car sharing program, with cars accessible in nearby parking.

The Branché au travail program is offered at HEC’s CSC parking lot. 2 electric charging stations are available for HEC faculty and staff who own electric car. The charging station are located near the entrance as an incitive for drivers to switch to electric car. Charging station are free to use, but users must subscribe to obtain their access card.

A brief description of the condensed work week option:
During the summer period, when attendance is reduced, employees work weeks are reduced to 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) and school services are reduced to the minimum. Those who have to work on Friday can exchange their day later.
