A brief description of each certified dining hall or food service outlet, including the year the certification was achieved and/or renewed:
HEC Montréal has three food serving services: Cote-Sainte-Catherine’s cafeteria, Decelles’ cafeteria and Le Cercle Restaurant (located at the Cote-Sainte-Catherine building). All three are managed by La Coop Hec, who produce, serve and manage all catering activities on site. In 2016, La Coop HEC obtained the LEAF certification, level 2, for all its three location, attesting that they exceed the minimum requirement of the LEAF certification program.
