A brief description of the institution’s employee community service initiatives:
HEC Montréal's Student service department is responsible of tracking student activities on the campus. Annually, about 700 students are engaged on campus activity, such as student association and groups, activity organization or commununity partnership, totalling about 140 000 annual engagement hours. Moreover, some students who wish to pursue more demanding engagement program can benefit from credits for their work.More study will be required in the future to track student engagement beyond the campus activity : actual summary is only a known fraction of HEC's community real involvment. Staff are also encouraged to engage in community partnership, and HR department has a policy regarding community engagement for HEC's workers.
