A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Policy 6.10: Employee Evaluation Process Related Policies & Procedures 1.Faculty Evaluation Procedure An employee development and evaluation process has been established in order to ensure relevant feedback between faculty and staff and the respective supervisors. This evaluation procedure is designed and intended to offer suggestions for improvement and develop strategies for the attainment of specific goals or the revision of related processes. Procedure Each full-time employee will have an evaluation conference with his/her supervisor on an annual basis. An outcome of this conference will be a development plan to evaluate the performance of the employee and to develop strategies for improvement. The Personnel Office will publicize the annual schedule and will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring this process. Development plans will be retained in the personnel file. In addition, faculty are evaluated by students through course evaluations.
