Has the institution implemented a campus-wide inventory system to facilitate the reuse of laboratory chemicals?:
Yes
None
A brief description of the program:
Our Accounting Technician handles our inventory and when the ability is there to resuse chemicals she coordinates the transfer. It should be noted that we do not have this occur very often as our labs usually use all chemicals each and every semester.
This usually occurs when there is a need to "share" resources rather than reusing.
