A brief description of the vegan dining program:
During every meal at HPU's cafeteria, the dining services provide vegan options including garden burgers, tofu, humus, fresh vegetables and fruit, and gluten-free pasta. For about 70% of meals, there is a vegan hot entree that is offered.
