A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
Sodexo is HPU's food service provider for the Hawai`i Loa Campus cafeteria. Sodexo at HPU uses 26% locally grown food (grown in Hawai`i) at the HPU cafeteria, which has been confirmed by the Sodexo cafeteria manager, Debbie Day.
