Name or title of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Haverthrift

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

The Commitee for Environmental Responsibility's Haverthrift working group organizes clothing exchanges between students throughout the year. This year the group consisted of around 10 members. Their events include clothing swaps every semester, a tie dye workshop, and a clothing mending workshop. The group collects clothing during the semester by creating dropoff locations throughout campus and advertising at campus wide events. People that donate get first pick at the swaps to incentivize donations. This innovation educates students about sustainable fashion at Haverford and decreases clothing waste on campus.
