1st campaign
A brief description of the campaign:
Students compete on a dorm-by-dorm basis to conserve energy. Meters are used to gauge electricity use and results are compared every day for two weeks. At the end there is a prize for the winning dorms.
A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign:
Electricity consumption was tracked for each competition and results shared showing both gross kWh and percentage reductions. Students conserve a substantial amount of energy as compared to the weeks before Do It In The Dark.

2nd campaign
A brief description of the campaign (2nd campaign):
The College built out its traditional Earth Day events into an "Earth Week" to raise awareness around a range of sustainability topics in the curriculum, campus operations, and political engagement. These events are for the entire campus community, including both students and employees.

A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign (2nd campaign):
An electronics recycling event diverted electronic waste out of the landfill. A bike share event taught students to use the bike repair stations on campus and resulted in an increased use of bikes as a means of transport.
