Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
We reach out to numerous Colleagues across campus who routinely collect & provide the data needed. This data is then forwarded to a 3rd party consultant who in the past completed the college's GHG inventory using the UNH's Campus Carbon Calculator; this year the STARS SIMAP calculator has been used. All is overseen by the Council on Sustainability and Social Responsibility (CSSR) whose charge, members, initiatives and annual reports may be viewed at: https://www.haverford.edu/president/initiatives/council-sustainability-and-social-responsibility
Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
Numerous individuals across campus routinely collect the needed data from their areas of expertise. Facilities Management manages the various data sets' compiling process & initially reviews the data, which is then forwarded to a third party sustainability consultant for verification and compilation into the GHG inventory.
Documentation to support the GHG inventory verification process:
---

A brief description of how the institution accounted for its Scope 3 emissions:
Numerous individuals across campus routinely collect the needed data from their areas of expertise. Facilities Management manages the various data sets' compiling process & initially reviews the data, which is then forwarded to a third party sustainability consultant for verification and compilation into the GHG inventory.

None
A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
Annually the college submits Air Informatioin Management System data to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. This includes inventory report for all stationary sources. This is put together with the help of a professional engineer who is regulary engaged in this type of work.
