The College utilizes the Haverford College Arboretum as an outreach vehicle to discuss sustainability initiatives relating to the campus and its trees in particular, as well as general information about sustainable landscape practice.

The Green Scene is a student run e-newsletter that updates the campus weekly on environmental going-ons.

Yes

All LEED certified buildings on campus have the LEED seal that alerts visitors.
Additionally all buildings contain signs above lights and trash/recycling receptacles to inform users how to conserve.
A more in depth architectural tour is located online through the campus sustainability map.

Yes

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:

As of winter 2020 the college has a pin-drop map with sites related to sustainability. These range from features like the Haverfarm and the apartments garden to the Dining Center as the site of the aerobic digestor to green roofs, and more.

The College leverages its Sustainability Strategic Plan to generate campus fluency in sustainability priorities; the Council on Sustainability and Social Responsibility that stewards the plan also reports regularly to the community.

The Haverford alumni magazine foregrounds sustainability regularly to disseminated ideas and values into the alumni body as well as generate support for campus projects.
