The College conducted a campus climate survey that included all employees and invited feedback on multiple dimensions of satisfaction and engagement.

The results of the climate survey informed the Strategic Plan for Diversity & Inclusion which includes a number of initiatives to address employee needs and desires, including: orientation, mentoring, professional development, participation in shared governance, and more.
