The Task Force for Diversity and Community (TFDC) - the predecessor to the Council for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) - developed and conducted a Campus Climate Survey in the 2015-2016 academic year. This process covered the on-campus experiences of students, faculty, and staff.
Separately, the College regularly tracks employee and student outcomes including by various measures of diversity.

Assessment results of the Campus Climate Survey are communicated over email to the community, and are available online. A number of in-person sessions, as well as an online feedback mechanism, were made available for folks to share feedback.
