Since last update refrigerated bottled water dispensers have been eliminated across campus and replaced by 14 water bottle filling stations with visable counters on each. The result has been an elimination of over 50,000 plastic water bottles per year that otherwise would have been landfilled.

A brief description of the institution's water recovery and reuse initiatives:

The Gardener Integrated Athletic Center is equipped with a 15,000 gallon capacity gray water system. The GIAC is the campus athletic center: 36,390 sq ft. The grey water system is currently being refurbished.

A brief description of the institution's initiatives to replace plumbing fixtures, fittings, appliances, equipment, and systems with water-efficient alternatives (e.g. building retrofits):

All upgraded & new plumbing fixtures/faucets are low consumption type with sensors.
