Haverford has engaged in its Township's Comprehensive Planning process through which it advocated for land use policies that encourage sustainable development. It also participates in the County Planning Commission to promote policies and development that are bicycle friendly.

Yes

Haverford advocated with its state senator to support state laws that promote energy efficiency.

Haverford joined multiple institutions in letters to the Trump administration about both climate change and immigration policy. On the latter, the College led a statewide lobbying effort with both Pennsylvania senators.
