Example Immersive Experience - Economic Botany, 2017
Economic Botany was a semester-long course providing a multidisciplinary approach to the coevolution and co-domestication of plants and humans. Topics included the biology, physiology, evolution, and cultivation of key plants, embedded within their social history and environmental effects, and explored at an advanced level. The course included a trip with fieldwork in Trinidad and Tobago.
