These figures are drawn from a representative sample - from July 2016 to December 2016 - of purchasing from our primary sanitary supplier, Waxie. This to us is a satisfactory representative sample because it accounts for at least half the summer period and a full semester - and we believe these figures would simply be doubled if we took a full year period.
