Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Our college is not divided into academic divisions, but instead has 7 academic departments cutting across the 7 major disciplines available to students.

The numbers for students enrolled for credit for the 2018-19 academic year, as well as full-time equivalent students, are available on the college's Institutional Research webpage: https://www.hmc.edu/institutional-research/institutional-statistics/institutional-statistics-students/student-enrollment/. We have two part-time students on campus this year.

We obtained numbers for total number of employees (staff+faculty) and full-time equivalent employees directly from one of our contacts in the Human Resources office, which will be accurate as of February 2018.

As is noted on the page: the number of full-time students (all undergraduates) excludes anyone who is non-degree seeking, and as for full-time equivalent students: "Since 2002, Full Time Equivalent (FTE) is calculated based on Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System IPEDS fall student headcounts. The FTE for part-time students is estimated by multiplying a factor (.392857 for Private 4-year institutions) by the part-time headcount. These are then added to the full-time enrollment headcounts to obtain an FTE for all students enrolled in the fall."
