A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about employee commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:
Human Resources conducted an AVR/Rideshare survey for the week of 4/3/2017 to 4/7/2017. They used an online form to conduct survey to 336 employees who worked that week. The response rate was 76%, or 255 employees.
