The Claremont Colleges Library and Harvey Mudd College do not have an Open Access policy or any particular open access policies in place, and neither largely provide any official support to offset open access publishing costs or APCs. However, the Claremont College's membership to BioMed Central does give faculty a 15% reduction in APCs for BMC's 500+ OA journals.
