A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
The Wellness program, offered to all campuses and segments of the college community, will provide programming that enhances the overall well being of all members of the college community. The goal is to promote a healthier, safer and more productive environment and to assist the college in reducing health care costs through the promotion and adoption of health behaviors. A. A Wellness Committee was established to provide input and assistance with the development, implementation, promotion and assessment of the Wellness program.
