In 2005, HACC partnered with Johnson Controls to ensure the optimization of energy and operational efficiencies. Fourteen projects have been completed to date: installation of solar panels, vibration analysis of HVAC equipement, installation of low flow water conservation equipment, elimination of infiltrating outside air through an insulation project, and the creation of facility condition efficiency monitoring for critical equipment.
