This is based on the lowest paid employee's salary. In addition to the salary based on hourly equivalent yearly earnings for the lowest paid employees; all employees have access to medical and dental insurance, 403B retirement with employer match up to 9.5%, and no-fee life insurance. These benefits are offered across the board for all employees and their dependents.
