Gustavus’ Human Resources department completes an employee satisfaction utilizing the Gallup's Employee Engagement Survey program to assess employee satisfaction.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The survey results were separated by department, then individual meetings with leaders and supervisors in those departments were had to discuss the overall results. Additionally, these meetings were used to brainstorm recommendations for improvement in the future.
