Optional Fields
There is no official program at Gustavus for sustainable food and beverage purchasing. Purchasers in dining services try to make purchasing decisions that align with the college’s overall missions. One of the college’s missions, for example, is to become a zero-waste campus, so in order to work towards this goal Gustavus purchases compostable items if they are available and if the cost is in our budget.
