A brief description of the student group, including its activities:
Slow Food is Guilford's environmental awareness group that surrounds everything regarding food. They host events that relate to sustainable agriculture, organic & local produce, and good food.
Their latest event was called "Meadow Fed", which included live music and dinner out by the farm. The food included local produce, and a pig roast using local, pastured hogs.
