A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
A subcommittee of the GMC Staff Assembly created a staff satisfaction survey, based on examples from other institutions. This survey, after receiving approved by Cabinet, was administered to all staff members electronically by the Human Resources Department. Results were assessed by that office and recommendations made to Cabinet and Staff Assembly outlining strategies to address concerns and celebrating achievements.
Faculty were evaluated for satisfaction using a NEASC Survey in 2009.
