A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
Human Resources has processes and procedures in place for the reporting of worker’s compensation incidents. We employ a third party administrator to assist with claim management and compliance. We track cases using internal monitoring spreadsheets to catalog reportable incidences based on OSHA criteria. This is then reported annually as part of the OSHA survey.
