Energy Management and Benchmarking 

Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with an energy management or benchmarking program? (0-100):

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
All buildings are metered for electric, steam or gas as applicable. Data is collected monthly either by the Building Management System (BMS) or manually. The data is reviewed monthly to observe anomalies. Where anomalies occur the occurrence is reported to Maintenance or the Grounds departments for further investigation. Upon a completed investigation and the problems identified the matter is addressed as necessary to bring the operating system back in line with historical data. In addition gas boilers have tune-ups performed every two years to maintain efficiency.

All buildings are metered for water. Data is collected monthly either by the Building Management System (BMS) or manually. The data is reviewed monthly to observe anomalies. Where anomalies occur the occurrence is reported to Maintenance or the Grounds departments for further investigation. Upon a completed investigation and the problems identified the matter is addressed as necessary to bring the operating system back in line with historical data.
